1. What is this notice about?
This document deals only with cookies and similar browser storage solutions: which ones we use, who places them, how long they live, and what they are for. The rest of our data processing (for example the data provided on the contact form) is governed by the Privacy Notice document.
The data controller: AiGent Kft., 1095 Budapest, Soroksári út 138-142. (Illa Office Building). Contact: info@aigent.hu.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that the website places in your browser and reads back on your next visit. There are some without which the site does not work, and there are some that are used for measurement.
The browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works the same way. Technically this is not a cookie, but because it likewise stores data on your device, the same rules apply to it. That is why we list these in the tables below as well.
3. Cookies necessary for operation
Without these the site cannot be used, therefore under the law we do not ask for separate consent for them. We do not use them to track your behaviour or to target advertising.
| Name | Who places it | Type | How long it lives | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
session_id | AiGent (Odoo) | cookie | 7 days | Identifies your session. Without it you cannot log in and the site does not work. |
frontend_lang | AiGent (Odoo) | cookie | 1 year | The server uses this to store which language you request the site in. |
aigent_lang | AiGent | cookie and sessionStorage | 1 day | The selected language (Hungarian or English), so that it does not reset when you move between pages. |
aigent_theme | AiGent | cookie and sessionStorage | 1 day | Whether you asked for a light or a dark appearance. |
aigent_consent_v2 | AiGent | localStorage | until you delete it | Your decision about cookies. We have to store this, otherwise we would ask you again on every page load. |
4. Marketing cookies
We place these only if you click the Accept button. If you reject them or do not decide, the Meta Pixel does not load at all, so these cookies are not created, and no data about you goes out to Meta.
| Name | Who places it | Type | How long it lives | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta Platforms | cookie | 90 days | Meta Pixel. From this we see which of the people who clicked our ad did what on the site. |
_fbc | Meta Platforms | cookie | 90 days | The identifier of the ad click. It is only created if you arrive from a Meta ad. |
The legal basis of your consent is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time; the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Data transfer to Meta
If you accept the marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel sends data to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). This data includes which of our pages you viewed and when, as well as your IP address and your browser’s details.
Meta may also transfer this data to the United States. The legal basis of the transfer is provided by Meta, on the basis of the EU-US data protection framework agreement (Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses (SCC).
You can find information about Meta’s own data processing in the Meta privacy policy document.
6. How can you decide?
On your first visit a bar appears at the bottom. You have three options:
- Accept: the marketing cookies are switched on as well.
- Reject: only the cookies necessary for operation remain.
- Settings: you can decide category by category.
You can change your decision at any time: at the bottom of any page, in the Legal section, click the Cookie settings link. If you withdraw your consent, we automatically delete Meta’s cookies (_fbp, _fbc) from your browser.
7. Browser settings
You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you also block the cookies necessary for operation, some parts of the site will not work.
8. Contact
If you have a question about cookies, write to the info@aigent.hu address.
If you believe that our data processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, Hungarian Data Protection Authority, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu), or you may turn to a court.
