AiGent1. The nature of the Service
1.1. This annex applies to the aigent.hu website operated by AiGent (hereinafter: the „Service Provider"), as well as to the AiGent software and related services (hereinafter jointly: the „Service").
1.2. The Service is a software solution applying artificial intelligence, which provides interaction options for carrying out AI-based and automated workflows for various purposes of use.
1.3. The Service Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or applicability of the results produced by the Service. It is the sole responsibility of the user to check the output content (the „Output") and to use it appropriately.
2. Terms of use
2.1. The Service may be used exclusively for lawful purposes. Its use is prohibited in particular for creating content related to violence, hate incitement, pornography, gambling, terrorism or the dissemination of misleading information.
2.2. The user is obliged to comply with every applicable statutory requirement, with particular regard to the rules on data protection and personality rights.
3. User content
3.1. The user bears full responsibility for the data entered by them into the Service (the „Input"), as well as for the outputs derived from it (the „Output").
3.2. The Service Provider raises no copyright or ownership claim over the user Input or Output. The user is entitled to use the Output, however they are obliged to indicate its AI origin.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. The entire source code of the Service, its software elements, graphic and audiovisual content, as well as its trademarks are the property of the Service Provider.

5. Subscription, fees and refund
5.1. The Service is available in an annual subscription construction, which renews automatically if the user does not cancel it prior to the renewal.
5.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the fee schedule. The Service Provider notifies the user of any change in the subscription fees in a manner compliant with the legislation.
5.3. The user is entitled to a right of withdrawal and a money-back guarantee within 14 days counted from the date of the first purchase.
5.4. The prices of the services indicated on the website and on other advertising surfaces do not include the prices of the licences of the other related software products (OpenAI, Odoo, N8n etc.), the payment of which by the user is necessary for the AiGent service.
5.5. Beyond the currently available functions (CR, that is Change Request), the functions requested by the Customer can be ordered by ordering the quotation given for the developer days given after the detailed survey of the function. The fee for 1 developer day is 450 EUR + VAT / day. Following the order, 50% of the fee is invoiced. The custom development also entails an increase in the monthly fee.
6. Data protection
6.1. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the data protection legislation in force, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
6.2. The detailed data processing rules are set out in the Service Provider’s Privacy Notice document.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. The Service Provider assumes no liability for damages arising from the interruption, faults or unavailability of the Service, nor for the lawfulness of the data entered by the user.
7.2. The damages liability of the Service Provider extends at most up to the amount of the fee paid for the disputed subscription period.
8. Settlement of legal disputes
8.1. Hungarian law is governing for this Terms & Conditions annex.
8.2. The parties are obliged to settle disputed questions primarily by peaceful means. If this does not lead to a result, the Hungarian courts competent according to the registered seat of the Service Provider have exclusive competence to decide the legal dispute.
